If you think I can get into more than one tell me which is better, I'm majoring in film and foreign languages

I am a half African American and half native American female, affiliated with a state recognized tribe
1750 was my SAT though I am going to take it again, and aiming for a 1900+ this was my first try.
CR:640
Math:550
Writing:560
I have 3 AP classes lined up for this year and I took one last year.
I have almost 200 hours in community service (working at rec. centers, nursing homes, libraries, and cleaning up the community) and I am in extracurricular activities such as

volleyball

Drum line
Youth and Government

This year I'm joining

Model U.N

Freshman year GPA: 2.63
Sophomore year: 3.2
Junior: 3.71
Plus some high school classes I took in middle school I got A's in

I put this fact because I hope this shows gradual improvement and maybe colleges might appreciate that.

I have a job with the DC Government part time after school and I'm ranked in the top 15% of my class out of 242 students

So any chances? Also if there are other schools I should consider, feel free to post!!!!

Uncle Bill was concerned about the operating results for 2003 and has asked his recently hired accountant, "If sales
increased in 2003, why was income less than half of what it was in 2002?" In February of 2004, Uncle Bill got his
answer, "The ending inventory reported in 2002 was overstated by ,500 for merchandise that we were holding
on consignment on behalf of Kirk's Servistar. We still keep some of their appliances in stock, but the value of these
items was not included in the 2001 inventory count because we don't own them."
