Hi everyone,

The grout on my tiles in the bathroom has worn away and waters has been seeping through enough to show on my kitchen ceiling, Im going to lift the tiles today and regrout the floor but is there anything else i should do to prevent this happening again? Ive never done this before. Should the floor be dried out first ?

This morning I woke up to maybe an inch or so of water on my bathroom floor! This is the 3rd time. It doesnt appear to be coming from the toilet. The water has leaked onto the carpet in the living room. Please help!!! Oh and my floor has buckled
I also live in a condo, so could this be happening if my neighbor is having plumming issues also?
